BookMyMatch – Terms and Conditions

and use of the BookMyMatch platform, including our website, mobile
application, and related services. By registering, browsing, or using the
platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

discontinue use of the platform.

User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:

- Ensuring

BookMyMatch is not responsible for losses arising from
unauthorized account use.
Platform Usage Guidelines
Users agree not to:

misleading, offensive, abusive, or harmful content
- Manipulate
scores, fixtures, or tournament data
- Interfere
with platform security or functionality
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension
or permanent termination.
Tournament Listings and Participation
- Tournament
details are created and managed by organizers
- BookMyMatch
acts as a facilitation platform, not the event owner
- Participation
is voluntary, and users accept the risks associated with sports activities
We are not liable for:
- Event
cancellations or rescheduling
- Injuries,
accidents, or losses occurring during events
- Organizer-specific
rules or disputes
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
- All
payments must be made through approved payment gateways
- Registration
fees, ticket prices, and service charges are clearly displayed
Refunds:
- Are
governed by the organizer’s refund policy
- BookMyMatch
may assist but does not guarantee refunds unless stated
Transaction failures or disputes should be reported
promptly.
Scores, Results, and Data Accuracy
- Scores
and match data are updated digitally and may be subject to verification
- BookMyMatch
does not guarantee real-time accuracy at all times
- Official
results are determined by tournament organizers
The platform shall not be held responsible for scoring
errors or delays.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on BookMyMatch—including:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Software
- Graphics
and design
is the property of Noombal Tech Pvt. Ltd. or its
licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse content
without written permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
User information is handled according to our Privacy
Policy. By using BookMyMatch, you consent to:
- Collection
and use of personal data as described
- Secure
storage and lawful processing of information
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
